Use of Proceeds
Platform Development (40%)
A significant portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to the research, design, and development of the IOTY Protocol, IOTY Network, CONNECTIFY and its core technologies, including smart contracts, decentralized applications, and the underlying blockchain infrastructure.
Business Operations (25%)
Funds will be utilized for ongoing business operations, including administrative expenses, legal and regulatory compliance, marketing and promotional activities, and building a talented team of professionals.
Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions (15%)
IOTY aims to establish strategic partnerships and pursue strategic acquisitions that will enhance the capabilities and adoption of the IOTY Protocol. A portion of the proceeds will be reserved for this purpose.
